Canyon Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Ryan as its new Managing Director, effective 1st April 2026.

 

Neil succeeds Hugh Ross, who retired in March after more than 25 years in the role.

 

A Strong Leader with Deep Industry Experience

Neil brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having previously spent 14 years with Canyon Europe. During that time, he held key roles including Technical Director and General Manager, gaining an in-depth understanding of both the business and the industry.

 

In addition to his time at Canyon, Neil has built a broad and diverse career, working with organisations such as Oxford Instruments, Intertrade Ireland, and Hewlett-Packard. Across these roles, he has developed a strong track record in delivering growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

 

With a background in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, alongside a Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Neil is well positioned to lead Canyon Europe into its next phase of development.

Neil’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Canyon Europe. With a well-established reputation for quality and performance, the company continues to evolve its product offering—including the recent launch of the Minerva trigger sprayer, designed with sustainability and innovation in mind.

 

Combined with Canyon Europe’s established range of high-performance dispensing solutions, the business is well placed to continue delivering value to customers across a wide range of industries.
