T-95’s Swift Rise To Stardom

Most days, our trigger sprayers do exactly what they’re designed to do — quietly, reliably, and without drawing attention to themselves.

So it came as a surprise to discover that one of them became an overnight star by featuring in Taylor Swift’s ‘Opalite’ music video. It’s not what we expected to see first thing on a Monday morning.

The video itself hardly needs an introduction. Alongside Taylor Swift herself, it features a star-studded cast that includes the likes of Lewis Capaldi, Graham Norton, Cillian Murphy and Domhnall Gleeson — not exactly the kind of company our products usually keep. You can watch it below:

Of course, the sprayer that appears prominently throughout the video is the trusty T-95 trigger sprayer, manufactured here at Canyon Europe.

What makes this appearance particularly notable is that the sprayer doesn’t fade into the background. It plays a genuine role in the video, with clear screen time and close-ups, even showing Graham Norton giving out free samples at a trade show, and more than holds its own alongside a line-up of very recognisable faces.

It’s an unusual crossover, but one we’ve enjoyed. Seeing a product designed and manufactured for everyday use take centre stage in a global music video is not something you plan for — but it’s a reminder of how widely our products travel, and how often they appear in settings far beyond the factory floor.

We’re happy to leave the headlines to the artists and actors involved. But we’ll admit it’s been quietly satisfying to see a familiar piece of engineering from our business take centre stage — and look perfectly at home while doing it.
