Trigger Sprayer T-95 options

The T95 Trigger series from Canyon is proving extremely popular in the market place due to its superior function and the range of innovative features and design options. The sprayer is available with several different variations for specific end uses which have made it the dispenser of choice for an increasing number of leading brands.

Functional choices

Spray This gives good overall spray pattern coverage and is therefore used with a range of products such as glass cleaner/ multi purpose; bath / toilet cleaner; furniture & carpet cleaner; automotive use; plant care; animal health. The standard spray pattern can be adjusted to offer fine mist and narrow/coarse spray alternatives which ensure your product is delivered as you require.

Spray/ Stream Customers are finding great success with this nozzle option especially within the cleaning and garden care sectors. The spray/stream alternative allows the consumer to spray products in a traditional manner but also provides the option of selecting the stream function which allows the product to be specifically directed to a particular area. This is useful in applications such as laundry spot pre –wash and lawn spot weed killers etc.

Child Resistant Closure In response to the safety conscious environment we live in, Canyon has developed a child resistant closure for the T95 series which is certified in accordance with the relevant ISO 8317 standards. It is ideal for use with aggressive and hazardous products requiring child resistant dispensing devices.

Foamers In recognition of our customer’s requirements for various foam patterns, Canyon has developed a range of foamers to dispense your products at varying levels of foam quality.

Standard Foamer: Loose foam standard spread.
Sunstar Foamer: Tight foam narrow spread.
Plastic Mesh Foamer: Cream foam wide spread.

The foam performance can also be enhanced by using the various nozzle alternatives which allows us to offer a foam performance which can meet your expectations.

Long Trigger In order to bring real consumer benefit, the T-95 series has a long trigger option which allows the end user to place 3 fingers on the trigger during operation instead of the more traditional short two fingered trigger. This dramatically reduces hand fatigue for the end user and is ideally suited for uses where prolonged use and complete bottle emptying is required, such as clean room dispensing, garden care, lawn and path weed applications etc.

The long trigger alternative is also useful for professional and semi-professional cleaners who are often using gloves during use and find the long trigger more convenient to handle.


Upside Down Trigger In order to fulfill the growing demand for multi-directional dispensing, we have developed a highly effective valve mechanism using a single ball construction. This option allows the T-95 series to be used as a very successful trigger pack even in the upside position. It is ideal for hard to reach surfaces, typically for example, for toilet bowl and bathroom applications. We are confident that this addition to our range will give you even more diverse solutions to your ever changing market requirements.

Customised Valves The all plastic T-95 series has a number of various internal valve mechanisms available. These allow the use of higher viscosity products and give greater ranges of compatibility for you the customer.

Customised Cover The ability to customise the appearance of the trigger has also made it highly attractive to companies interested in developing a strong and unique brand image.

One example of this is the recent trigger launch from Westland Horticulture. Westland chose the T-95 Sprayer for its newly launched Lawn Weed Killer and Bug Killer products due to the opportunity to design their own customised shroud to enhance their brand image and ensure a unique shelf appearance. The cover has been customised for easier handling in the garden while it carries Westland’s logo moulded on the side. Further benefits for Westland are the sprayer’s very light actuation force, excellent sealing properties to reduce the risk of leakage and the spray/jet function which is ideal for their application.
